Information you give us

• Contact form. Your name, company, email address, what you’re interested in, and your message.
• Audientic demo request. Your name, company, email address, phone number, website, and industry. We use the phone number to place the demo call you asked for.
• Client accounts. Your name, email address, and sign-in details, along with your organization’s settings in the dashboard.

Conversations handled by Audientic

When a business uses Audientic to answer its calls, chats, or texts, we process those conversations on that business’s behalf. This can include the content of the conversation, call recordings and transcripts, contact details you share, your phone number, the web page you were on when a chat started, and summaries or analysis generated from the conversation.

In these cases the business you contacted decides how that information is used, and its privacy policy applies. If you have a question or request about one of these conversations, contact that business. We will help them respond.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request details such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request.
• Cookies and browser storage. We use what is needed to run the site: keeping clients signed in, remembering display preferences, and letting an Audientic chat continue as you move between pages. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry or deliver the demo you requested.
• To provide, support, and improve our services for clients.
• To review and improve how Audientic agents perform for the clients they serve.
• To keep our services secure and prevent abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Use of AI

Audientic agents are AI systems. Conversations with them are processed by AI models from third-party providers in order to generate responses, transcripts, and summaries.

Who we share information with

• Service providers that help us run our business, including hosting, data storage, sign-in, voice and chat AI, email delivery, and business software. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Our clients. Conversations handled by a client’s Audientic agent are shared with that client, including delivery to the systems they ask us to connect.
• Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Elev8ed, our clients, or others.
• Business changes. If Elev8ed is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as agreed with our clients, and then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you by emailing info@elev8ed.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. For conversations with a business’s Audientic agent, please contact that business directly.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
